About Bharat Highways InvIT :-

Bharat Highways Infrastructure Investment is an infrastructure investment trust established to acquire, manage, and invest in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets across India. Authorized to operate as an infrastructure investment trust under the SEBI InvIT Regulations, the Trust is committed to strategically managing its investments.

The Trust's portfolio comprises seven roads, all operating under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) in various states including Punjab, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh. These roads are managed and maintained through concession rights granted by the NHAI and are currently owned and operated by the Project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), which are wholly owned by GRIL.

Additionally, the InvIT has entered into a Right of First Refusal (ROFO) agreement with GRIL. This agreement grants the InvIT the priority to acquire certain other assets owned or under development by GRIL.

Regarding its creditworthiness, the Trust has been assigned provisional ratings: CRISIL AAA/Stable (Reaffirmed) by Crisil Ratings Limited, CARE AAA, Stable by CARE Ratings Limited, and IND AAA/Stable by India Ratings and Research. These ratings signify the Trust's strong financial standing and stability.
