Among its notable properties, Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences reigns as India's largest luxury hotel. Similarly, Hyatt Regency Lucknow and Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad hold the title of the largest upper upscale hotels in their respective locales. Additionally, Hyatt Raipur stands as the sole upper upscale hotel in Raipur.
Saraf Hotels Ltd and Two Seas Holdings Ltd, an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, jointly own Juniper Hotels, fostering a strategic alliance between a local hotel developer and an internationally renowned hospitality giant.
The company's exceptional performance has garnered accolades, including the "Best Luxury Business Hotel in Delhi" award at the 2022 Today's Traveller Awards for Andaz Delhi, and the "Best 5 Star Hotel in Gujarat" recognition at the 2022 Gujarat Tourism Awards for Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad.
Reflecting its robust growth trajectory, Juniper Hotels witnessed a substantial revenue surge from ₹1,663.51 million in Fiscal 2021 to ₹3,086.89 million in Fiscal 2022, further escalating to ₹6,668.54 million in Fiscal 2023.
As of September 30, 2023, Grand Hyatt Mumbai housed 116 serviced apartments, while Hyatt Delhi accommodated 129 serviced apartments.
With a workforce of 1,631 permanent employees within Juniper Hotels and an additional 362 within the CHPL Group, the combined entity employed a total of 1,993 individuals as of September 30, 2023.
